Badania składu ilościowego i jakościowego grzybów zasiedlających nasiona słonecznika (Helianthus annus L.)

Abstrakt

Wstęp: Celem pracy była ocena składu ilościowego i jakościowego grzybów zasiedlających nasiona słonecznika na podłożu RBCA, YpSs i DG18 w temperaturze 25, 37, 45°C.

Materiał: Materiał badawczy stanowiło 20 próbek nasion słonecznika (niesolonych i nieprażonych). Najwięcej wyizolowano gatunków kserofilnych na pożywce DG18 w 25°C (33), w dalszej kolejności gatunków mezofilnych na RBCA w 25°C (29) oraz mezofilnych (22) i termofilnych (10) na pożywce YpSs (odpowiednio w 37°C i 45°C). Grzybem izolowanym ze wszystkich próbek był Eurotium herbariorum. Łącznie wyizolowano 287 szczepów należących do 52 gatunków.

Wnioski: Przeprowadzone badania wzbogaciły mykocenozę nasion słonecznika o nowe gatunki, dotychczas nieizolowane z nasion tego gatunku
