Zespół gumiastych pęcherzyków znamionowych (blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome – BRBNS) lub zespół Beana jest rzadkim zaburzeniem charakteryzującym się występowaniem naczyniaków w obrębie skóry i przewodu pokarmowego. Zmianom tym towarzyszy zwykle przewlekła niedokrwistość niedobarwliwa będąca skutkiem krwawienia z przewodu pokarmowego. Przyczyna BRBNS jest nieznana. Najczęściej występuje w formie sporadycznej, ale opisywano również przypadki z autosomalnym dominującym sposobem dziedziczenia. W diagnostyce BRBNS podstawowymi badaniami są endoskopia, rezonans magnetyczny i tomograϐia komputerowa. Leczenie zwykle jest objawowe.Bibliografia
